EFFECTIVENESS OF SOCIO CLIMATE OF SCHOOL ON SELF CONFIDENCE OF SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
Abstract
School’s socio climate plays an important role in the development of self confidence of secondary school students. The present study tries to find out the effectiveness of school’s socio environment on self confidence of secondary school students, for this purpose a sample of 200 secondary school students comprising 100 students from government secondary schools and 100 from non-government school was taken. The present study has reached at conclusion that there is no significant difference exists between social climate of non-government and government secondary schools. There exists a significant difference between self-confidence of the students of non-government and government secondary schools .There exist a significant relationship between social climate of non-government schools and self-confidence of students of non-government schools
